What is GiiLD?
GiiLD is a web-based learning platform designed for the life-long learner. GiiLD emphasizes methods that deepen and accelerate the learning process:

Project-based Learning - We have replaced courses with challenges. Learners take challenges that center around their passion; instead of forcing them to click through boring screens.

Personalized Learning - Learners are not given a series of tasks; instead they discover their own path to complete a challenge.

Training vs Learning
If you want to grow in problem-solving and critical thinking skills then don't train; learn!
Traditional training only appears to be effective. You click from screen to screen and "prove" your skills through quizes and certifications. But then why do you struggle to find a good job? And why do you struggle to advance? Training is about the tools. But LEARNING is about using the tools properly.

If the goal is to really learn things so that you can apply them; and if the goal is to be relevant to employers and earn promotion, then we must move from training into learning.
